This artwork by Georges Goursat achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in December last year. In the Sir Terence ConranThe Contents of Barton Court auction, the work 26 plates from Album 27, White Bottoms, 1927 (Various sizes.) sold for GBP 8,925.00 (€ 10,075.46) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Georges Goursat; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Monte-Carlo sold at auction in November 2017 with the realized price of HKD 106,250.00 (€ 11,439.42).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Georges Goursat erzielte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Sir Terence ConranThe Contents of Barton Court wurde die Arbeit 26 plates from Album 27, White Bottoms, 1927 (Various sizes.) für GBP 8.925,00 (€ 10.075,46) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00.
