It achieved a price of USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,123.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Sohan Qadri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 41,797.27).

Die Arbeit Innovation- 16 von Sohan Qadri wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.123,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sohan Qadri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.280,00 (€ 41.797,27).
