Despite a disappointment, a good price for Soheil Mokhtar
In March 2021 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Soheil Mokhtar for GBP 255.00 (€ 299.56). This price was achieved in the auction New Day · New WaveCurated by Fereydoun Ave at Bonhams in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 450.00 – 550.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Soheil Mokhtar that we have observed at auction so far.
