The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 23,600.00 (€ 2,429.69) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Song Di have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2016 the work Morning In Li River was auctioned for HKD 41,300.00 (€ 4,773.52).
