In February 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Die Postkarte Aus Indien (9)The Postcard From India by Tiberio Colantuoni for EUR 378.00. This price was achieved in the auction Fix & Foxi - The Rolf Kauka Collection at Sothebys in Munich and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,800.00 – 3,800.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Tiberio Colantuoni have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February 2007 by the work Der Ballon- Wettbewerb (10)The Hot-Air Balloon Competition at EUR 472.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Die Postkarte Aus Indien (9)The Postcard From India von Tiberio Colantuoni für EUR 378,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Fix & Foxi - The Rolf Kauka Collection bei Sothebys in München erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.800,00 – 3.800,00. Andere Arbeiten von Tiberio Colantuoni wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Februar 2007 die Arbeit Der Ballon- Wettbewerb (10)The Hot-Air Balloon Competition mit EUR 472,00.
