A top price for Utagawa Hiroshige III - as previously expected
The work Scenes of Tokyo and views of Mount Fuji by Utagawa Hiroshige III was sold in the Fine Japanese Prints auction at Sothebys in London in December 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,763.12) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
