The work Navigation by Victor Willing was worth GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,724.62) to a buyer in October 2005. This price was achieved in the auction Twentieth Century British Art at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Victor Willing - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Plants, which sold at auction in October 2005 for GBP 9,600.00 (€ 14,157.10).
