In the The House Sale auction, the work A Classical Maiden changed hands for USD 1,553.50 (€ 1,265.07) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Other works by William Anstey Dolland have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2019 by the work Matrona Superba at GBP 1,530.00 (€ 1,796.59).
