Auction result misses estimated price range

In December 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Nude with drapery, circa 1930s by Willy Kessels for GBP 600.00 (€ 890.48). This price was achieved in the auction The Sunday Sale - Property Removed From a Scottish Fishing Lodge and a Sussex Country House at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Willy Kessels have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre (Masque) in May 2012 with an auction result of EUR 4,750.00.

Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Im Dezember 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Nude with drapery, circa 1930s von Willy Kessels für GBP 600,00 (€ 890,48) erwerben.
