Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Grand View of Dawn by Xue Liang was auctioned at POLY in August last year. The price achieved of HKD 177,000.00 (€ 22,404.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by Xue Liang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Moonset And The Raven’S Cry in September 2013 with an auction result of CNY 1,652,000.00 (€ 199,436.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Grand View of Dawn von Xue Liang kam im August letzten Jahres bei POLY zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 177.000,00 (€ 22.404,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Xue Liang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Moonset And The Raven’S Cry im September 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 1.652.000,00 (€ 199.436,13).
