Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Utopia Series by Yin Zhaoyang was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 800,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 860,000.00 (€ 85,272.87). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yin Zhaoyang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Glory Mountain (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 900,000.00 (€ 919,076.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Utopia Series von Yin Zhaoyang wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 800.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 860.000,00 (€ 85.272,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yin Zhaoyang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Glory Mountain (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 900.000,00 (€ 919.076,09).
