A top price for Zhu Jinshi
This artwork by Zhu Jinshi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Beijing in June 2014. In the Chinese Art auction, the work Yellow Autumn sold for CNY 1,888,000.00 (€ 222,312.34) - well above the upper estimate of CNY 800,000.00. This high result makes Yellow Autumn the most expensive artwork by Zhu Jinshi that we have observed at auctions so far.
