Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Parador Tajes, Uruguay by Zoma Baitler was sold in the Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in March 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,560.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zoma Baitler - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Parador Tajes, Uruguay , which sold at auction in September 2007 for EUR 4,750.00.

Die Arbeit Parador Tajes, Uruguay von Zoma Baitler wurde im März 2007 in der Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.560,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
