It achieved a price of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 27,271.33), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abdul Aziz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Courtship in November 2012 with an auction result of HKD 3,140,000.00 (€ 311,345.12).

Die Arbeit Bidadari (7 Angels in the Garden) von Abdul Aziz kam im Mai 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 27.271,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abdul Aziz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Courtship im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.140.000,00 (€ 311.345,12).
