Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Albert Marquet achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2017. In the Impressionist and Modern Art auction, the work Portrait de Madame Maria Lani sold for GBP 31,250.00 (€ 36,621.92) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Marquet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Plage De Sainte-Adresse in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,217,250.00 (€ 1,538,644.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Albert Marquet erzielte im März 2017 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Portrait de Madame Maria Lani für GBP 31.250,00 (€ 36.621,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Marquet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Plage De Sainte-Adresse im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.217.250,00 (€ 1.538.644,81).
