In the Latin American Art auction, the work Flor carnívora sold for USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,466.45) - well above the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alejandro Obregón have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bodegón in May last year with an auction result of USD 252,000.00 (€ 234,833.66).

In der Auktion Latin American Art wurde die Arbeit Flor carnívora für USD 50.000,00 (€ 42.466,45) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alejandro Obregón auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bodegón im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 252.000,00 (€ 234.833,66).
