Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Art Online, which included the work Chevaux by André Brasilier. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 214,200.00 (€ 25,430.14). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by André Brasilier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande chevauchée du lac en automne in April last year with an auction result of HKD 3,780,000.00 (€ 457,029.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chevaux von André Brasilier zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 214.200,00 (€ 25.430,14) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von André Brasilier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grande chevauchée du lac en automne im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.780.000,00 (€ 457.029,52).
