In the Contemporary Photographs auction, the work Philip Johnson, Glass House, New Canaan, Connecticut sold for USD 21,420.00 (€ 18,542.24) - well above the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Annie Leibovitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Keith Haring, New York City in April 2016 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 81,942.14).

In der Auktion Contemporary Photographs wurde die Arbeit Philip Johnson, Glass House, New Canaan, Connecticut für USD 21.420,00 (€ 18.542,24) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Annie Leibovitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Keith Haring, New York City im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 81.942,14).
