Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Carrêve by Antoine Poncet was worth EUR 12,464.00 to a buyer in July last year. This price was achieved in the auction Monaco Sculptures at Artcurial in Monte-Carlo and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Antoine Poncet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fugue-Fougue in October 2020 with an auction result of EUR 122,500.00.
Kunstwerk zum Dreifachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit Carrêve von Antoine Poncet war einem Käufer im Juli letzten Jahres EUR 12.464,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Monaco Sculptures bei Artcurial in Monte-Carlo erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antoine Poncet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fugue-Fougue im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 122.500,00.
