Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Pulp Fiction, 2004 by Banksy was sold in the British. Cool. auction at Bonhams in London in February 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 62,750.00 (€ 72,370.32). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Banksy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Love is in the Bin in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 18,582,000.00 (€ 22,014,651.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Pulp Fiction, 2004 von Banksy wurde im Februar 2021 in der Auktion British. Cool. bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 62.750,00 (€ 72.370,32) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Banksy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Love is in the Bin im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.582.000,00 (€ 22.014.651,32).
