Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Bosco Sodi was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 52,920.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bosco Sodi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in March 2015 for USD 175,000.00 (€ 162,927.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Bosco Sodi kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 52.920,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Bosco Sodi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im März 2015 für USD 175.000,00 (€ 162.927,10) versteigert wurde.
