It achieved a price of SEK 40,000.00 (€ 4,122.99), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruno Liljefors achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Rävar" (Foxes) in June 2016 with an auction result of SEK 5,500,000.00 (€ 586,294.42).

Die Arbeit Sjöfåglar von Bruno Liljefors wurde im Februar 2010 in der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S191 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 4.122,99) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bruno Liljefors erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Rävar" (Foxes) im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 5.500.000,00 (€ 586.294,42).
