A top price for Clifford Charman
In March 2003 Christies in London held the auction TWENTIETH CENTURY BRITISH ART, which included the work Double Saturday by Clifford Charman. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 822.50 (€ 1,191.49). With this result, Double Saturday is even the most expensive work of art by Clifford Charman that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion TWENTIETH CENTURY BRITISH ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Double Saturday von Clifford Charman zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 822,50 (€ 1.191,49) einen neuen Besitzer.
