Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mère Et Enfant by Constant Permeke was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in October 2018. The price achieved of EUR 50,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Constant Permeke have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Torse in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 393,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mère Et Enfant von Constant Permeke kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 50.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Constant Permeke auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Torse im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 393.000,00.
