In May 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work Greek i) Rupture Ii Ii) Commandements Hgg by Constantin Xenakis. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,717.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Constantin Xenakis have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work Telecommunication HHF / Commandements HHG was auctioned for EUR 10,837.50.
