Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2019 Artcurial held the auction Urban Lifestyle, which included the work Deck'On Skateboard (Set De 3) - 2012 by Cope 2. The price achieved of EUR 520.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cope 2 achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre - 2012 in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 8,320.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2019 führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban Lifestyle durch, in der auch die Arbeit Deck'On Skateboard (Set De 3) - 2012 von Cope 2 zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 520,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cope 2 erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2012 im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.320,00.
