This artwork by Cope 2 achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in February 2014. In the Urban Art auction, the work Gwop, 2013 sold for EUR 6,240.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Cope 2; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans Titre - 2012 sold at auction in April 2018 with the realized price of EUR 8,320.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Cope 2 erzielte im Februar 2014 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Urban Art wurde die Arbeit Gwop, 2013 für EUR 6.240,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Cope 2; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2012 im April 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.320,00.
