Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Daniel Senise could be acquired at Phillips in New York in November 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Latin America auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,039.88) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Daniel Senise - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (No. 506-97), which sold at auction in April 2011 for EUR 22,350.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Daniel Senise konnte im November 2014 bei Phillips in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Latin America wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.039,88) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Daniel Senise mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (No. 506-97) beobachtet, die im April 2011 für EUR 22.350,00 versteigert wurde.
