Auction result well in line with expectations
In June last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary, which included the work Endangered Species - 1992 by DAZE. The price achieved of EUR 3,936.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by DAZE have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2019 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,411.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Endangered Species - 1992 von DAZE zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.936,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von DAZE auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 22.411,47).
