Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Dick Bruna could be acquired at Christies in London in January 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20/21 Posters The Ski Sale auction, the work Pampers changed hands for GBP 750.00 (€ 998.18) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Dick Bruna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Train in September 2009 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dick Bruna konnte im Januar 2015 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 20/21 Posters The Ski Sale wechselte die Arbeit Pampers für GBP 750,00 (€ 998,18) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dick Bruna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Train im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
