Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 20.945,04) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Donald Baechler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Conversazione im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 149.000,00 (€ 171.382,56).
