Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Eddie Martinez was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in September 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 220,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 226,800.00 (€ 25,154.29). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eddie Martinez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work High Flying Bird in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 15,725,000.00 (€ 1,823,808.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Eddie Martinez kam im September 2021 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 220.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 226.800,00 (€ 25.154,29) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eddie Martinez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit High Flying Bird im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 15.725.000,00 (€ 1.823.808,88).
