This artwork by Émile Bernard achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in May 2021. In the Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale auction, the work Nature Morte (Vase De Fleurs, Pichet Et Verre) sold for USD 122,500.00 (€ 100,459.24) - well above the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Émile Bernard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bretonnerie (Bretonnes dans une prairie) in November last year with an auction result of USD 3,420,000.00 (€ 3,312,990.41).

In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Nature Morte (Vase De Fleurs, Pichet Et Verre) für USD 122.500,00 (€ 100.459,24) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Émile Bernard erzielen.
