In June this year Christies in London held the auction The Robin and Rupert Hambro Collection, which included the work Time Boy by Emily Young. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 478,800.00 (€ 557,240.77), 60% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Time Boy the most expensive artwork by Emily Young that we have observed at auctions so far.
