This artwork by Esaias Thorén achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2021. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "Improvisation". sold for SEK 135,000.00 (€ 13,168.69) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Esaias Thorén have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Sjöman" in December 2017 with an auction result of SEK 900,000.00 (€ 91,557.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Esaias Thorén erzielte im November 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit "Improvisation". für SEK 135.000,00 (€ 13.168,69) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Esaias Thorén auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Sjöman" im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 900.000,00 (€ 91.557,15).
