Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2008 Christies in Dubai held the auction International Modern and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Fateh Moudarres. The price achieved of USD 182,500.00 (€ 143,904.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Other works by Fateh Moudarres have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2010 the work without title was auctioned for USD 374,500.00 (€ 269,540.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2008 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Fateh Moudarres zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 182.500,00 (€ 143.904,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Fateh Moudarres konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2010 die Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 374.500,00 (€ 269.540,81) versteigert.
