Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Red and white flowers by Frank Bramley was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2002. The price achieved of GBP 5,019.00 (€ 7,859.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Bramley achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work When the blue evening slowly falls in July 2013 with an auction result of GBP 163,875.00 (€ 187,255.75).
