This artwork by Frederick McDuff achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in April 2013. In the Au Bord de la Mer Private Collections from St Tropez, Cap d'Antibes & A Swiss Villa auction, the work Good Morning sold for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,917.59) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Admittedly, works by Frederick McDuff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figures with cabanas at the beach in July 2016 with an auction result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,954.15).

In der Auktion Au Bord de la Mer Private Collections from St Tropez, Cap d'Antibes & A Swiss Villa wurde die Arbeit Good Morning für GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.917,59) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frederick McDuff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Figures with cabanas at the beach im Juli 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.954,15).
