Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work "Toreador" by Gösta Adrian-Nilsson was worth SEK 200,000.00 (€ 19,509.17) to a buyer in November 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of SEK 60,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gösta Adrian-Nilsson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Katarinahissen III". in November 2017 with an auction result of SEK 7,200,000.00 (€ 723,751.89).

Die Arbeit "Toreador" von Gösta Adrian-Nilsson war einem Käufer im November 2021 SEK 200.000,00 (€ 19.509,17) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 60.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gösta Adrian-Nilsson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Katarinahissen III". im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 7.200.000,00 (€ 723.751,89).
