The work Goddess by Gu Luo was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 37,760.00 (€ 4,042.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 72%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gu Luo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Character And Landscape in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 483,000.00 (€ 47,280.30).

Die Arbeit Goddess von Gu Luo wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 37.760,00 (€ 4.042,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 72%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gu Luo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Character And Landscape im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 483.000,00 (€ 47.280,30).
