The work Docks by Hamed Ewais was worth GBP 62,500.00 (€ 69,771.09) to a buyer in November 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Middle Eastern Art at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Hamed Ewais have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Al Aabour (The Crossing Of The Suez Canal) in March 2016 with an auction result of USD 605,000.00 (€ 531,167.69).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Middle Eastern Art bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hamed Ewais auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Al Aabour (The Crossing Of The Suez Canal) im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 605.000,00 (€ 531.167,69).
