This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale in Association with Poly Auction at Phillips in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 800,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jadé Fadojutimi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Quirk my mannerism, which sold at auction in November this year for USD 1,935,500.00 (€ 1,774,385.77).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale in Association with Poly Auction bei Phillips in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 800.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Jadé Fadojutimi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Quirk my mannerism beobachtet, die im November diesen Jahres für USD 1.935.500,00 (€ 1.774.385,77) versteigert wurde.
