Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work One Step, Two Step by Jadé Fadojutimi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 6,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 6,250,000.00 (€ 707,943.10). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jadé Fadojutimi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Quirk my mannerism, which sold at auction in November this year for USD 1,935,500.00 (€ 1,774,385.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit One Step, Two Step von Jadé Fadojutimi kam im Dezember 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 6.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 6.250.000,00 (€ 707.943,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Jadé Fadojutimi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Quirk my mannerism beobachtet, die im November diesen Jahres für USD 1.935.500,00 (€ 1.774.385,77) versteigert wurde.
