It achieved a price of USD 13,860.00 (€ 11,997.92), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jane Peterson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gloucester Harbor--Late Afternoon in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 520,000.00 (€ 392,127.29).

Die Arbeit Easter Lilies von Jane Peterson kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 13.860,00 (€ 11.997,92) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jane Peterson erzielen.
