A top price for Jehudo Epstein - as previously expected
The work Dying Job by Jehudo Epstein was sold in the Old Master and 19th Century European Art auction at Sothebys in New York in January 2008. The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 10,107.14) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Dying Job is the most expensive artwork by Jehudo Epstein that we have observed at auctions so far.
