Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Dalby achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Kill in June 2001 with an auction result of USD 47,000.00 (€ 55,463.77).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.933,11) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Dalby erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Kill im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.000,00 (€ 55.463,77).
