Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Naturaleza muerta con tabla by José Gurvich was sold in the Latin American Sale auction at Christies in New York in November 2010. Here, the upper estimate of USD 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 17,259.90). Admittedly, works by José Gurvich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Estructura Con Figuras in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 128,534.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Naturaleza muerta con tabla von José Gurvich wurde im November 2010 in der Auktion Latin American Sale bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 22.500,00 (€ 17.259,90) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von José Gurvich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Estructura Con Figuras im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 150.000,00 (€ 128.534,70).
