A top price for Joseph Munsch - as previously expected
The work The gamblers by Joseph Munsch was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2002. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 10,755.00 (€ 16,509.46) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The gamblers is the most expensive artwork by Joseph Munsch that we have observed at auctions so far.
