The work Ricochet At Right Angles To Reality by Keith Tyson was sold in the Yellow Ball: The Frank and Lorna Dunphy Collection Online auction at Sothebys in London in September 2018. It changed hands for a price of GBP 375.00 (€ 421.17) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Keith Tyson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Painting in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 216,000.00 (€ 320,533.14).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 375,00 (€ 421,17) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Keith Tyson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Painting im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 216.000,00 (€ 320.533,14).
