The work "Scenery" by Kurt Schwitters was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2013. The result of SEK 600,000.00 (€ 69,295.28) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kurt Schwitters achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ja - Was? - Bild in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 13,970,500.00 (€ 17,455,471.33).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Scenery" von Kurt Schwitters kam im Oktober 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 600.000,00 (€ 69.295,28) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 600.000,00 – 800.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kurt Schwitters erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ja - Was? - Bild im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.970.500,00 (€ 17.455.471,33).
